It exists, but it costs more than a PC itself, so you can't afford it.
I gave out the solution once, and was accused of NOT GIVING A REAL SOLUTION since a lot of people think that 1600 is too much to pay for having 6 more slots. (Yes, 1600 or so).

If you mean, can you add PCI slots, the answer in "no". You would need to install a new motherboard that has more slots then does your current board.

older motherboards - some of them - could be expanded. newer ones - cannot. only through usb, firewire, or laptop docking stations might you be able to actually add a slot.

No, we have the same problem with our computer, slots can't be added, it is time for a sytem upgrade. I am guessing that you have a special made computer from a manufacturer... Ours is Dell...

there are cards out there that can get you more PCI slots and PCI-X (not PCI-e) they are called risers and they are only for servers.
