Absolutely illegal. Serving to minors is a crime. Jail time, fines. Moderation is different than parties though... Wine with dinner may be a family tradition or norm. But the lax attitude about alcohol is rampent everywhere (parties I'm refering too). The drinking age was changed for a reason. They (kids) can wait.

It's legal to allow your own children to drink in your home with parental supervision, such as a glass of wine with dinner, but it is illegal to have those other minors drinking in her home. She could get a furnishing ticket for that. It is also illegal to allow her own children to drink to the point of legal intoxication. She could get a ticket for endangering the welfare of a minor.

Yes, on a few different counts, not the least of which would be aiding and abetting the deliquincy of a minor.

Well a profile named sue, I'm guessing if you HAD to asked this question, you could also be dead wrong about the person you think is letting her kids (and others) drink in her home.

Be careful what you do, it could backfire on you.
