No no no no no. You got it wrong, you farblondzhet chamooleh :-)
It's the satmar who think that the modern state of Israel is a violation of the Three Oaths.
The rest of the haredi may have their problems with a secular Israel, but they support the agudath israel as a form of damage control.
The question whether Israel should exist cannot be addressed in isolation from recent history, including the Holocaust. If you believe that the Jews have a right to exist, then logically you have to concur that they need a homeland where they decide what happens instead of having things happen to them. And if you don't concur that the Jews have a right to exist, I don't care to discuss anything with you.
And no, in case you should want to know, I'm not Jewish (although Woody Allen says I should be, so neurotic I am).

Hasidim is not the only denomination of Judaism. There are orthodox, conservative, reform, reconstructionist sects of Judaism that do not agree with the Hasidic interpretation of the Torah (the Old Testament). There are also some sects of Christianity which teach that the Messiah will only come to a free (ie Jewish-run) Jerusalem.
Think about it... the Torah calls homosexuality an abomination, yet most Jews accept it. The Torah also promotes slavery, yet I can't think of any point in history when Jews owned slaves en masse. Some Christian denominations made a business out of it, and some Islamic countries still practice it.

What anyone person teaches is inconsequential. The Messiah has come and Israel becoming a country again is one of many fulfilled prophecies.
Hassidic Jews are small population of Jews and a larger group of people who believe Israel should exist for religious reasons and still a larger who do not consider religion at all in Israel's right to exist.

I having nothing against Hassidic Jews but I do believe Israel has a right to exist and a two state compromise is needed is Hamas can some how be taken down and Fatah again regain power as the leaders of the new Palestinian state. Arab rantings are that rantings that need not be listened to or complied with.

Well, no Chasidic Jews have said anything about a second coming since, as you mentioned, there was no first coming.
Secondly, it is mainly the anti Zionist Chasidim who say that. There are many other Chasidim whose stance on Zionism is not that extreme. In addition, although it can be argued in their viewpoint that from a religious point of view, Jews cannot establish a Jewish state, nevertheless, the fact is that it was done.
For the record, I do not maintain those views.

OK, #1 it's Hasidic not Hassidic (I just looked it up)
#2 You are going by a slight off branch of Jewish that was only started in the 1700s. If you'll forgive me I think I'll stick to the teachings of the original Jews who founded Israel over 3000 years ago.

It comes down to two different perspectives: those who believe HaMoshiach will arrive when we are most in need, and those who believe HaMoshiach will arrive when we are most deserving.
And, it's only a small minority of Haredim who believe that the State should not have been established.
Edit:
ThorGirl, the modern State was established in 1948. Modern Zionism has existed since the 19th century.

Are all Jews Hassidic?
Islam believes that the entire world should be converted or slaughtered, should we accept that as what "should" happen? Be careful when you try to apply religious beliefs to geopolitical reality.
