You can't (assuming you want to keep using the web)

It's like trying to 'hide' your postal address from some-one sending you post .. if you want to receive the post (eg. web pages) you have to tell them where to send the package.

HOWEVER, you CAN use a 'Proxy Server' service to browse the web on your behalf (they will have your IP, but they 'promise' not to tell anyone) = this is like using a 'Forwarding Service' service for your mail
