Who wants wallpaper in the garage? I'd start with the upstairs bath, and do the sitting room second. Then you can talk to him about the garage.....

As far as the garage goes, I plan on soundproofing a section of it and converting it into a heated playroom. You can help, if you'd like. After all, we will be spending a lot of time in there.
