I say Congress should subpoena the President and compel him to produce that watch immediately!

I doubt it, someone who's robbed entire countries (including the US) is unlikely to fall victim to a mere dabbler in the art.

Exactly, he wasn't. The Today Show showed a different camera view and it clearly showed Mr. Bush lowering his arm so he could remove his watch. He gave it to a secret service man.
