I doubt it, someone who's robbed entire countries (including the US) is unlikely to fall victim to a mere dabbler in the art.

Exactly, he wasn't. The Today Show showed a different camera view and it clearly showed Mr. Bush lowering his arm so he could remove his watch. He gave it to a secret service man.

The Secret Service wouldn't allow people to touch him or that get that close but it would really be funny if the Pres of the US got robbed!!!
