I suppose that women's philosophy is also important.

Literally 'philosophy' means 'love of wisdom' and originally Philosophy was the only school subject there was. As the whole field of education grew drastically other subjects branched off from philosophy and we got all of the different subject areas but they are all connected back to philosophy.

Philosophy can be very formal and complicated but basically its just thinking about stuff. We're doing philosophy right now.

We don't. Your culture is telling you that you need to find some kind of meaning and that it can only be found outside of you. Philosophy is only the endless thinking and conceptualizing about nothing. It can not help you live in any way.
