As several people have pointed out, you can't feel speed, only changes in velocity, otherwise known as acceleration. Circular motion of any sort does involve acceleration, because you are constantly changing direction, but the magnitude of the accelerations involved in Earth's orbit is very small. The rotation of the planet on its axis produces a maximum of about 0.0035g at the equator. It causes a slight decrease in the force of gravity but is not physically noticeable. Centripetal acceleration due to our travel around the sun is even smaller - about 0.0006g.

It's like if you were on a train and you jumped. You would still land in the same spot because you're going the same speed as the train. Only real reason you would know you are moving is because you can look out the window or you can feel how uneven the train is on the tracks. (Or some other clues)

Earth doesn't go around itself. Earth rotates on its axis and the moon rotates around Earth. At the same time Earth rotates around the Sun. The reason why we can't feel Earth's speed may be because Earth goes very slowly or because we rotate with it. One teacher once told me that we are used to it and when we are babies it is unusual to us and that is why it is hard to stand at first. Hope I helped! :)

First poster is correct. You have the same velocity as the Earth in both its rotation on its axis and around the sun. That's why when you jump in the air the Earth doesn't fly away under your feet.
And rotation is CONSTANT acceleration. Obviously some people on here are severely lacking in their knowledge of kinematics.

You don't feel the speed while riding in an aircraft. You feel the speed when it takes off or lands or crashes. It is the change in velocity we detect as changes in the force of gravity. Hopefully, we will never feel that change lying in bed at home.

Our solar system is rotating around the center of the galaxy as well. We really only perceive changes in speed (acceleration or deceleration).
If you were in a car driving on a totally smooth surface in a straight line, could you tell how fast you were going if you closed your eyes?

Mostly because those motions are quite uniform, or they generate insignificant accelerations. Not the speed but the acceleration can be "felt".

Because we are moving with the earth, if we were stationary in space in the earths orbital path we would feel it when the earth slammed into us

We dont feel its speed because it is not increasing or decreasing. We also dont feel its speed because it is very slow.
