Because that's the UK version, don't ask me why they did that. I can't stand Jonathan Ross and we all know Joan Rivers in the UK.

Probably legal issues, Dreamworks possibly couldn't afford King and Rivers voices on the British version so they had to make do, kate thornton was a stupid idea in that respect

You have the UK version Of the film. I think that they thoght that Brits won't know who Larry King or Joan Rivers are.

Lewis is a genius and I imagine whatever word he used, since I didn't see him, would be well placed. I love him and I wish I had seen the show. McCain is not illogical, however, he is insane, I guess I just don't understand what you are asking, but I will watch the show if I can view it online.

It depends on weather you have an american copy or an english copy, they were dubbed differently for the two markets...
