It means heart. I <3 you. So it's like I heart you. Just rotate your head to ur left or someting &you'll get the pic.

To a little girl who probably puts rainbow stickers and unicorn drawings in her room...of course it's a sideways heart that they put on their e-mails, blogs, or whatever.
But, if you want to know what it means literally???? It means, GREATER than three.. As in... you could say... 5<3 <-----This means that 5 is greater than three....Remember the aligator eats the lesser number. Come on<
