I've graduated from the Philippines and as some may know, Phils education system is quite different from others. In the Phils. High School is only up till 11 years, then you enter Uni. In other countries (particularly USA, where I am in now).. You can only enter Uni when you've completed 12 years of High School. If my diploma only shows 11 years, do you think I can get accepted? If so, how? Has anyone else had this experience?

On the other hand, I also completed SAT and TOEFL tests (pass them both), will that work as a bonus maybe?

Cheers everyone.

Same question three times? You must really want an answer!
Don't ask the people there at Answers. Contact the appropriate tertiary institutions and inquire. Failing that write to the Entrance Board and seek confirmation of the necessary matriculation criteria. That way You will not be lead astray.
Cheers, Ashleigh.

If you are a graduate and have qualifying SAT scores, you will be fine. Just remember that if you plan on going to a 4 year college in the US, they do require that you have 4 english, 3 science, 3 math, 2 history, 2 foreign language under your belt. If you don't have what is needed, they typically do testing to see what you need anyways. I'm sure you will do good anyways. Good Luck

some faculties in another country could require a 12 twelve months training. So while you're using for a college that demands such, you are going to ought to earnings for an further twelve months (as a intense college pupil) earlier you get customary by the faculty. even regardless of the undeniable fact that there are some colleges that purely require a intense college degree. i think of Singapore has those styles of colleges.

Why don´t you try to get your GED? If you´ve scored high enough on you SAT´s, you should talk to a counselor from a local university. And see what options you have.
