Sopcast and Internet Usage?

Is it that data transfer is not calculated when I use Sopcast? Wat I mean is suppose my Inernet usage is 1 GB..... If I watch Star Sports using Sopcast for an hour will my Internet usage be the same (i.e) 1 GB?????????

yes everything downloaded to your computer is calculated.... every web page and what it contains within that website, videos, music, games, you name it it all goes the the count
