depends on the heat and sun- if you burn you might want to consider light colored clothing and long sleeves. Plus if it is in the evening, there might be mosquittoes, so long sleeves and pants (or bug spray) may be in order, too.

Depends on the weather. But, wear something fun and sexy, and also comfortable. For some people that may be jeans and a t-shirt, for some it may be a skirt and tank top. something that you can sit in, and also stand in. One of my biggest pet peeves at concerts are girls who wear uncomfortable shoes - you may be standing for over an hour, so just go with flip flops or something flat.
