I'm looking for something free, with great graphics and without hackers and kiddies that always want to 'pwn' you and what-not.

Or is there such a thing?

Runescape has terrible graphics not to mention ridiculous gameplay.. let's look at the question.. 'good graphics'.

FLYFF is not free. Not if you want to play for any length of time.. it requires you to pay for items you'd normally find in other games with real money.

No thanks...

Best game I've found that's truly FREE with good graphics is called Rubies of Eventide.

It's got true 3-d graphics. Granted the engine is an adjustment, but once you get used to it.. it's a great game.

Plus it has like 140 character classes and 6 or 8 races and all kinds of crafting skills, etc.

And there aren't any 'pwn' kiddies nor any immature idiots since everything is very closely monitored (depending on the server you pick.. a couple of them are 'anything goes' so I wouldn't get on those).

Hope that helps..

Guild Wars! I play this (ahem everyday lol) and there really aren't that many kids that play. It is easy enough to make money in the game, the graphics are great, the armor is hot, and there is no monthly fee. You do have to buy the game (there are 3 different campagins out) - I would suggest Nightfall. It is the newest and well the best in my opinion (and I own all three).

Check out their website for more information, and you can download a free 10 hour trial. It doesn't offer everything that the whole game does, but you can get the general idea of the game and see if you want to buy it from there.

Free games are always going to have hackers and stupid kids that want to pwn you. In fact, all MMOs have them. The ones that you pay for just have a much smaller volume of them.

Go buy Guild Wars. I think it's $30 at Best Buy, and there's no monthly subscription fee. World of Warcraft is a great game, but it's $15 per month to play (total rip-off).

World of Warcraft I think is free. As far as free goes, your not going to find a good game, with good graphics, and a good population, unless WoW is free, then that is your choice.

Everquest II is a great game, lot's of adults, great graphics. It costs 14.99 a month. Well worth it.

The Guild Wars series is one of the better ones, as far as the maturity of the players. You have to buy the games, but there is no monthly subscription.
