Britney, Brittney or however you think it should be spelled. Forget Britney Spears for a moment beause I know that many people automatically think of her when they hear that name. Did you like or dislike this name before you even heard of Britney Spears? What's your opinion? Thanks.

On its own, its a pretty name...but since that dingbat came along, it has lost its appeal.

I had this opinion of that name waaaay before Britney Spears: there are a LOT of Brittany's out there. And I mean a LOT! By the time I was ten, I knew at least five Brittany's.

It is too common, everyone knows at least 4 Brittany's. I never really liked the name before/after Brittany Spears.

It's not about like or dislike... it's just worn out as a name.... and regardless of how it's spelled... it's an automatic guilt by association, name. It used to be cute, though. Good Luck!

Im not a fan of that name. To Common. I know a few peole named Brittany. I like more unique names that you dont hear to often.

I used to really like the name Brittany and I guess I still do but it is overused all the time now.
