Don't freak out. That restlessness you have been experiencing might be due to your first period coming soon, that's why your breasts are sore. You may also get some cramping on your lower tummy or even a bit of pain on your back. All normal and telling us you are soon going to be a young woman.
There's this site designed especially for teenagers, i suggest you get a look at it.

Fotunately for you, you are probably experiencing nothing more than "growing pains". Have you started your periods yet? You will notice that your breasts will get very sore/tender around the time you start every month. Take Motrin for pain associated with your period. It helps even more to take it atleast 2 days before you are gonna start your period.

Have you gotten your period yet? This is a very common symptom of menstruation. Although, if you are sexually active it could also be a symptom of pregnancy. But, seeing as you are only 14, I would guess that it is just changes in your body due to puberty. Take some tylenol or midol and take a nap, it will do you wonders!

Sometimes having tender (or sore) breasts is a symptom you get right before you get your period. It's normal.

It could be that they are just developing. Sometimes you can experience soreness when you are on or about to get your period.
