Pisces, Scorpio and Cancer. The fire signs are not, nor are the earth signs, and the air signs are too busy floating among the clouds to be any good at romance.

Taurus and Libra - they are both ruled by Venus (Aphrodite). Taurus is the more earthly verison. Home and hearth and family. More of a sensual verison. Libra's want to serve (especially women). They want to take care of their mates and children.....neither sign is very happy outside of a relationship. They can be strong but they always feel like they are missing something in their lives
You will kind of notice that men are strangely drawn to those signs. Not because they are hotter or prettier or more beautiful (tho in some cases they are) but because they are natural nurturers.

I think pisces, cancer, and scorpios, all the water signs. I probably think that because I am a cancer and can relate the best to the other water signs so probably an air sign would relate best to another air sign etc. etc.

Libra...romance is a facade, and they ROCK AT FACADES!
Being mutable air and all, ideas can be tossed around easily...and romance is truely just an idea.
Now if you meant, passion, instead of romance, then Libra's opposite, Aries.

libra is :) the others may say they are .. but libras are ruled by the plant venus, and aphrodite, which are both extremely romantic.
