3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Yup.. Every time I have to go to town. I don't like driving with them crazy people. I often wonder if half of them know what the speed limit sign is actually for. The other half think that their blinkers mean they can just come over weather someone is there or not. I love living in the middle of nowhere. I don't have to deal with that on a daily basis

OMG, last week I felt that way and went to the doctor and I had high blood pressure and he put me on meds. I was scared when I realized that if I would have shrugged it off like I usually do I could have had a stroke or heart attack!

Yes, I am having more of them than I care to count right now. I have found that if I stop all communications with certain people, it helps to ease the problem so that is the angle that I am working on right now.

yeah, I had a really bad night at work one time and I threatened to walk out if it ever happened again. I didn't check my pressure that night though, but I bet it WAS through the roof.

Yes and exercise is a good remedy for that . Light or moderate exercise though . And try keeping a daily regimen of light to moderate exercise for long-term control .

Yes, the most relaxing thing I have found to do is buy some extra 7.62 ammo and empty a couple of clips from my MAAD1 at the range. Simply visualize the target as your problem and blow it away!
Screw all that talk it out BS, blow it away! BLOW THE @#$@$% @ @#%%@ $# @%#$%@$#% @#%$@#%$#% OUT OF IT!
whoo, I feel better just thinking about it

Yep...I have them about once a week!
I usually close the laptop and retreat into my stereo room...turn it on....and block out the world.
Music is VERY persuasive at calming the mind and body.

I used to have them all the time...Until I grabbed my ex-wife by the throat (figuratively) and told her to leave me alone, I didn't need her input to make my life a nightmare anymore. It was very liberating...you should give it a try!
