join the ranks of the other people that got Vista installed.. and found out that it is not compatible with their computers and software.... even though it was factory installed. take it back to the store you got it from and demand your money back....

Vista is full of bugs and will be for the next 7 years... XP is still full of bugs they have not got that right and it has been out 7 yrs so what chance have you with Vista......... NONE!

PC magazines are still telling readers not to install Vista for at least 12 months

You've stumbled into the evil side of Vista. Unless you have an "approved" video card, Vista will try to make media players hard to bear just so the RIAA and MPAA can torture you until you get an "approved" device.
