Bull frogs will eat about anything smaller than their head and I have yet to find a reptile or amphibian to not like meal worms.

I have 2 and they like anything that moves and is smaller than their head. BULLFROGS WILL SURVIVE 4 A COUPLE MONTHS WITHOUT FOOD. I have 3 cats so sometimes theyll bring in a rat or bird. Even though its dead, ill throw it toward them(they live in our swimming pool along with our turtle and some fish, dont worry, the water doesnt have any chemicals and theres only water in the deep end) and theyll eat the rat or bird. I do this every couple months or so. But a better way is to buy frozen mice from a pet store, defrost them and swing it in front of your frog(not directly) and he/she will lunge and gobble it up.
HOPE THAT HELPED=)

A better question would be "is there anything a bullfrog will not eat?"

These things are ravenous, anything they can catch is dinner. I used to find dead bullfrogs that choked on things to big too swallow. They will tackle anything with no regards to the consequences.
