If the radiator is metal, it may be able to be repaired. If it is plastic, no repair will last. Check with a radiator shop. If may cost about the same to replace the radiator as it would to repair the old one!!

A radiator has a core (the part with the tubes), and the two tanks. The tanks, either or both, can be replaced as long as the core is good. A plastic tank always needs to be replace where a metal one can sometimes be repaired. This is a system that is pressurized and some repairs may not hold.

Depends on how small and what you mean by repair. There are products like Bars Leaks and Dike that you can put directly into your coolant that plug small leaks in your coolant system. I used dike once and drove almost 600 miles home from vacation. However, I don't trust these products for consistent use and I had my radiator replaced ASAP. While I do not recommend their extended, these products can get you out of a pinch. Oh, yeah, for the record, radiators have gotten pretty cheap. I paid less than $100 for one for my old Toyota Camry and replaced it in about forty minutes.

you can use a raw egg to patch holes in a radiator, when you put it in and the egg cooks it will seal the holes and you can drive like that but you need to get it replaced, it is cheaper to buy one from a junk yard then to fix it and most junk yards give you a warranty with it. last time i knew it costed 25 dollars from a junk yard and 35 dollars to fix one, mythbusters done a special on this onces so you can watch it if you want
