It's easy for those Presidents who didn't have to face 9-11 because they did look so patriotic.
power? regretably 9-11 happened...at least Bush reacted.....Had priors reacted 9-11 may not have occurred.
And yes those who handed the problem to the next President .... hold accountability for it as well....

All great points, but when most Americans don't vote then the powerful take control and this is what happens. The people need to take control of there country and vote.

The Liberals probably cheer when they think about Lincoln (a Republican) being assassinated!
Democrats know that tens of thousands of white boys died to free the slaves - (what else do they WANT?) - but the Dems don't WANT true freedom for blacks.
They know that there is money and power in keeping them in NEED of THEIR help!
When there is true freedom - blacks will recognize the truth and wisdom behind LIMITED Government and free enterprise! Minorities will recognize that those principles are the SOURCE of their power and prosperity. Then they will never vote Democrat again! Can't have THAT!
THEY (the extreme liberal left) wanted to convene a NEW Constitutional Convention back in the 80's and early 90's.
I guess they don't believe in their oath of office and don't believe in the constitution either.

You bring up a good point but I believe you are heading off down the wrong trail.
Far too many people get all riled up about the President.
Name one president since FDR that we have not recovered from in four years or less?
They are term limited, practically meaningless in the long term future of our country.
You want to know the greatest risk to AMerica today?
CONGRESS, get rid of the career crooks in congress, starting with the socialists and then we will once again have "government of the people, by the people, for the people,"
until then we are being ruled by congress.
The careerists all have to go. Start this next cycle by getting rid of everyone who has more than 20 years in either house. Tell them why.
When we have term limits on congress we will once again be represented,

Unfortunately the last true patriot seems to have been Ronald Reagan. I believe he was inspired by words such as those. Today--its all about power-not patriotism.

None - They too busy looking for ways to stay in office to be bothered by what is the right thing to do. Just look at criminal law and you can clearly see the wrong thing to do, and who makes the laws?
