Well, assuming the unit of this problem is sock puppets...or 2 sock puppets times 3 sock puppets divided by 1 sock puppet, it'll go something like this: 2 sock puppets times 3 sock puppets equals 6 square sock puppets, which means you need a few more hands, and you have another problem: square sock puppets...hmm that boggles the mind, doesn't it?
So, to solve the problem, you divide by one sock puppet. A sock puppet cancels out a sock puppet and suddenly your sock puppets stop being so square...there's still six of them though. You need a few friends now.
Thank goodness you didn't times the last sock puppet...cubical sock puppets! Oh ouch, my head!
