Pssst! Come here. Can You keep a secret? None but Us two must ever know what I am about to tell You.
I have heard that it was developed by the Russians during the "Cold War" as a means of assuring World Domination over the Summer Holidays.
Some say that It fell to Earth from the tail of a passing comet, and is the secret ingredient in 'Dr. Peppers".
Still others would have us believe that It is a Higher form of intelligence which has evolved from the enforced cloning of Commodore 64 computer and a back copy of Playboy Magazine. Who can say? Who really knows? Who really cares? All that matters is that it is out there, somewhere, protecting Our way of life from the perils of boredom, household chores and homework. It is a virtual drug. I use the word in the same way people use it for virtual reality or virtual space. It's something that has many of the virtues/aspects of a thing, and seems like one, but isn't one in the strict, real sense.

It's the best kind even though it can be quite addictive. It enhances wellbeing and encourages a sense of achievement without dulling the mind.
