Scince log(base b)a = log a / log b (base 10)
Scince log(base a)b = log b / log a (base 10)
So log(base2) 10 = 1/ [log(base10) 2] = 1/0.301= 3.322259

10^(0.301) = 2
10 = 2^(1/0.301)
10 = 2^(3.32)
log2 (10) = log2 (2^(3.32))
log2(10) = 3.32
