Adobe Systems (pronounced a-DOE-bee IPA: [əˈdoʊbiː]) (NASDAQ: ADBE) (LSE: ABS) is an American computer software company headquartered in San Jose, California, USA.

Adobe was founded in December 1982[1] by John Warnock and Charles Geschke,

English has silent letters on the end of some words. If you look at who founded Adobe, Charles Geschke, he appears to have a European rather than an English name. Hence the pronunciation a-DOE-bee

Well I grew up saying it as Tomaytoes but a lot of people I know (not from where I grew up) say it as tomahtoes. But whatever man... every country/region/city/village/province has its own distinct accent/dialect and it is what it is regardless of its pronunciation... in my opinion.
