Including the "sex offender" in Georgia who was recently serving 10 years in prison for having consensual oral sex with a 15 year old when he was 17?
Be careful to not overlook the possibilities of exceptions to the rule.
"All" is a pretty inclusive and non-yielding word.

As a mom I easily have a extraordinarily sure theory about sex offenders, truly pedophiles. that's been obviously proved that the recidivism is practically ninety 5%. to enable those with this proclivity to roam round loose and doubtlessly injure or wreck an possibility free newborn or adults existence is for me thoroughly unforgivable. perchance if castration replaced into the classic punishment, it would want to easily curtail the abundance of sickos obtainable. not ordinary to assert of that would want to paintings. it would want to be very exciting to have an finished metabolic paintings up of those human beings to work out the position they are chemically besides as psychologically. i'm no longer confident what has been tried contained in the previous, yet with hormone replace remedies perchance extremely some the milder situations might want to nicely be helped with this. i'm also in want of the shortcoming of existence penalty for those human beings. And if it got here about to be my newborn that were violated...i might want to be at liberty to volunteer to tug the swap or administer the injection. those all and multiple is fairly a pariah on civilized society.

Yeah, and if you get an innocent person... oops sorry? Sex offenders should be locked up for life unless they're proved innocent, they can then (and only then) be released. Mutiliation isn't undoable and while you can't give a person back time spent in jail you can at least give them back the rest of their life - a sentence should ideally be reversible if a person is later found not guilty.
Also paedophilia is worse than adult sex crimes, an adult is far better equipped to defend themself and to recover from sexual assault. I'm not justifying rape or any kind of sexual abuse but I think it's right to say that paedophilia is far more insidious and damaging both to individuals and to the society at large. Many sex offenders were abused as children and this in itself should tell you why paedophilia is such a bad thing - it tends to continue a cycle of abuse.

If you read this article you'll see that the legal system makes mistakes too. Just because some people believe this young man is guilty he has been in jail two years. Technically this guy is a sex offender does he deserve the drug.

I believe it is going to be voluntary, eg if a paedophile is convicted, they may be given the option of chemical castration if they end up on a probation order etc. If it is as part of a mandatory sentence that they are given, then I pity the poor sod who gets wrongly convicted.

Including female sex offenders? How would that work? What about children who committ sexual offences? And those who are deemed incapable of forming an intention to committ the offence?
How about two teenagers who have had sex with each other. They have committed a sexual offence, why do them to?

What about the possibility that a woman might "cry wolf"? For instance, she meets him in a bar, they end up having consensual sex. Her Boyfriend walks in on them--she cries '"rape" to save face.
The guy is arrested, convicted on her testimony, and castrated.
Don't argue that such things "never" happen. False rape claims are not unheard of.
Also, what is the equivalent punishment for a female convicted of a sex assault? You gonna perform a histerectomy?
(Yes-- women Can commit sexual assaults...)

I guess I am barbaric, but in my thinking....ones that violate another sexually, regardless of age, should be castrated but I would say use the old fashioned way.....a rusty razor blade. I doubt seriously that many rapes would occur.

Sure, why not.
While we are at it, why don't we drip acid on the heads of some other type of criminal when found guilty.
Or how about just flat out dismemberment.
It kind of makes winning an appeal kind of worthless doesn't it.
