I'm kind if in the same boat as you, so I can only sympathize!
Ive been TTC for 15 months, and I'm also healthy, exercise regularly etc etc..
me and my partner went to the docs for some checks after 12 months.
We had some blood tests (for me, which came back normal) and my partner had a semen analysis (which also came back normal)
We have basically been told to 'stop trying so hard, and stop worrying'. EASIER SAID THAN DONE!
Try the doctor, I would assume that they would do a few more tests as you have been trying for longer than me?
Good luck - baby dust!

There are so many factors that play into conception- it takes the "fun" out of it, and turns it into more of a science project.
Basically, each month there is only a 20 % chance of conception.
I suggest that you start temping if you are not already, and use the ovulation kits to determine your peak days.

The mind is a powerful thing, it could be that you are trying too hard. Just relax.

Maybe take a break for a month.....as soon as you stop trying you'll get prego!

I'm sorry for your heartache. I know waiting and wondering is sooo hard.
Have you seen a doctor to determine if there's a problem? Also, you might try investing in those ovulation predictor kits. They're strips that you pee on like pregnancy tests, and they tell you when you're ovulating. I used them when I was trying to have a baby. Now, it did take like 3 months even then to get it right, but there's an option for you.
And I know you've heard this one, but just relax. Stressing over not getting pregnant can actually prevent you from conceiving.
Good luck, and God bless.

I know that hearing that you may be trying too hard is frustrating, but I think it must be true. I had tried for over a year with my husband to conceive. I started taking vitex due to several missed periods and got back on track with my monthly, but still wasn't pregnant. I had honestly given up on trying to become pregnant, and a little over one month later, I'm 5 weeks along. I think stress must play a big part with getting pregnant. Just relax and have fun!

It may be time for you and your partner to see a Reproductive Endocrinologists(fancy word for fertility doctor) and have some testing done on both of you. It maybe nothing, but if there is something at least you will know and can work on getting it fixed. Good Luck!

You are putting pressure on yourself. My sister did the same, she was 32 when she fell pregnant but had been trying for 18mths.
I would check with the docs and they could do some tests to put you mind at rest. Until then you need to stop thinking about it (harder to do than to say). Try to relax, it will happen when youve chilled out a bit

Have you consulted a fertility specialist. Some times it happen that our body is not producing healthy eggs to mate with sperms or v.v some time the male sperms are not that strong to fertilize.

If that's the case than you need to increase you ovulation and your husbands sperms counts.

Best of Luck....Keep trying

My heart goes out to you. Im assuming that you have been to the doctors? If so what have they said to you about this? It must be awful for you. I was like this and I found that as soon as i forgot about my desperation for a child and relaxed about it, i found i was pregnant. now im 6 weeks pregnant. another tip is to let they guy be on top of you with your legs high in the air as he bolts his load in u as this helps the sperm go further inside u. Just relax!! good luck!!
