LOL, yeah I remember feeling that 30 was old. You never really lose your feelings and way of thinking. Your body just won't allow you to do as much as time goes on. I still feel like an 18 year old, but unfortunately my body says otherwise! LOL
It's true, you are as young as you feel. And honey, 30 is by no means old! Happy Birthday in advance and here's a star in case I am not around on your special day! LOL
Hugs

I was once like you are now...but now I am a lot older and I can tell you at 30 you are generally still a kid unless you have a lot of responsibilities...but you know more than when you were 18 ... and if you feel young just look at some 18 yr olds...you will see the difference between them and you. Trust me, most adults walk around feeling like they're a kid...just look at how they act.

And you thought someone who was 35 was nearly dead!! I just turned 50, had a great BBQ party with a Cinderella cake and all. It was great! Still feel the same as I did when I was 20. Wonder where all that time went. My son just turned 30 and I wonder how that could be when I don't feel old myself. Just stay healthy and be good to yourself. I spoke to an old, 80 year old man, once and he said that outside he was 80 and pretty slow, but inside he was still 17! Attitude is everything! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND MANY MORE!!!

No funeral for you. Besides, they say that the 30's are now the "new 20's" Not a bad thing to keep in mind.

Why? Because you're only gonna be 30 years young :)
when I was 18, I use to wish I was already 30... but then again, I'm a guy.
I hope you have a very happy b-day, get your wishes and many more happy birthdays to come!

Ha! Yes, I remember thinking that 30 was ancient. I'm now 38, and it's amazing how young 40 seems now. (I still feel like a dumb kid at times, too.)

Don't freak out- you are going to feel that way forever. Just look back at how dumb all of the younger people you know are. It makes me feel better all of the time. I see my nephews that are 18, and think of all of the crap they haven't experienced yet. Being 30 isn't the worst thing in the world.
(or even older!)

Because that never changes! I am currently staring down the barrel of my 60th (only 7 years to go) and this is the first time I have felt as bad as I did jusst before my 30th. Rest assured you will always feel about 19-20ish in your head - it's your knees that don't believe you!!!

No I dont think you should be planning your funeral now. i dont know many thirty year old's that do have that on the agenda. Just think at thirty you have grown a brain, so your definitely not dumb. Have a happy birthday
