How can i stop my dove/johnsons fake tan from smelling? Any help please.

You put it on at night and then have a bath/shower in the morning. It still stays on but the smell disappears.
Alternatively use Garnier Ambre Solaire Spray Tan - although its not a lotion like dove and johnsons, it leaves you with no streaks (unlike i have found both dove and johnsons to do) and has a nice apricot smell, however the same rule applies if you want to wash it off...Put it on at night and then wash in the morning.

You cant nearly all fake tans smell. Why not just put it on a few hours before bed.. or get the johnsons night one.

i've tried the dove tanning cream and to me i love the smell but hate the fact i look orange..anyhow try a bodysponge and put on your favorite soap and use that, then start again till you find the produst yo like..i like the loreal products..it will take some trying out of diffent ones till you find the one that works for you..everyones chemistry is diffent one that works for one might not work for another i guess thats why theres so many available to choose from..good luck..

i know the johnson smells quite strong. the best thing to do is put it on a few hours before bed but becareful because i once put it on an hour before and ended up with it all over my bed or if ur not working or going out over the weekend put it on then and it will last for a few days depending on which on you've got.

prehaps try putting on some nice body lotion before hand ? if its 1 that smells nice it might help block some of the smell prehaps ? goodluck :)

You cant......I just tend to put it on at night and shower in the morning.

you cant unless you buy a fragrance free version you could try a body lotion but i dont think it would work
