Are there names taht you associate with a certain character traits. For example, I find that every Jennifer I meet tend to be spoiled brats and trouble. I have yet to meet a Jenn that I got along with. Even my very own cousin, Jennifer was a spoiled little brat.

I find Jessica(s) are spoiled too. However they seem pretty nice.

David - trouble!

Raheem - trouble!

Do any of you feel the same way?

Too weird!
But I think it's true!
I know 2 Jennifers and both are annoying brats!
I know 3 different Davids- ALL Trouble with a capital "T".
Keith: Total jerk!

Well i know quite a few Jennifer's, they don't all seemed like spoiled brat's but a few were. Jessica is half and half. I know 2 Jessica's and one is very nice and the other is very different. David- I have a nephew David, he's okay. Most David's I know are very nice respected men. Raheem- I only know one. He's a child so it's hard to tell yet.

No, my best friend is actually a Jennifer and she's the sweetest person I know. I do also know a Jenn that is a Drama Queen, but I don't associate names with personalities.

BTW, I noticed that you mentioned negative traits and names only. Do you know any nice people?

I know what you mean... not necessarily with those same names.

Johnny(s) are usually good people that I find interesting. I have yet to meet a Johnny I don't like.

I can't really recall any specific names of people that are "trouble" or "no good" because usually when I'm bothered by someone... I just move on and forget them. I tend not to linger.

But I know what you mean.

I have always HATED the name BUTCH...That has to be the WORST name for a boy EVER!!!

I have always associated that name with BULLY and being vicious and cruel....and bound for juvenile detention and prison.......very rebellious.....

I don't like the girl's name HEATHER either...It makes me think of some vicious and vindictive/spoiled brat in school who
goes after other girls in school. There's a girl/character like that on ONE LIFE TO LIVE, except her name is Britney..which
is also gaining the same kind of association and is very much
overdone...

I don't believe so, I think you just associate those names with trouble or being spoiled etc because that is the experience you have had with the people you have known with those names.

Haaaa, Keith (as in Keith Clark, from grade school) is a class clown, bratty boy, always being sent to the principal's office for doing bad things (like putting glue in my hair in 3rd grade). So anyone named Keith is BAD BOY.

People do associate how they like names by people they know by the names. I have this argument with my husband when he wanted to name our daughter a name that I associated with someone I totally disliked! We eventually agreed a a neutral name.
