Many of the re-enactment stuff is sold on the fares they have. Both the Renfares and the year markets and alike.
If there is a SCA group in your part of the world, they may know about local sellers, even if they concentrate on a different time period.

I am not so sure what you are asking here? Coin dies are very expensive. You could try one of the private mints that are out there. Type "private mints" in google or Yahoo and that should get you to them. The dies would have to be made for you.
