If they're pumped full of drugs then that usually shrinks the manhood. If you train normally, not to excess, and keep off the drugs then the manhood will be the same as ever.

dunno if i would consider myself a muscle head but i'm doing ok in that department, never had any complaints... although it is true that larger muscles everywhere else will make that look smaller, more often than not its shrinking due to juicing (steroids)-thats if you're looking at the real big guys who clearly juice a lot..

Not all of them. The muscle mass on their bodies just makes it look smaller.
