I know that you are suppose to eat breakfast and it's important according to experts, but whenever I eat breakfast, It kickstarts me into high gear and makes me even hungrier for more. Does anyone else have this problem and what can I do to solve it?

this is because eating breakfast wakes up your metabolism. It is important because if your metabolism is going very slow then it is storing food (therefore, you will get fat!) So eating breakfast is not only important for your attention span, mood, skin and general health but for your body and the way you want to look. If you need to eat snacks during the day just eat healthy snacks. Remember, food is not your enemy!

I have experienced the same thing with eating breakfast. The way to combat this is to plan your food for the day. You should have a snack in the morning and the afternoon. This should be something low in fat and calories ie: fruit or raw veggies. Also drink plenty of water this will help keep you satisfied.

I know from experience that eating breakfast keeps your weight down. And I have heard women say that eating it just makes them want to eat all day. My suggestion is that you eat lean protein, like boiled eggs, or cheese on wheat toast. It is more satisfying and you won't crave more food. Stay away from sugary cereal and pancakes. When I get up I just have coffee and some boiled eggs - kickstarts your metabolism and gets you through till lunchtime.

Try eating protien for breakfast likes eggs or sausage and not some whimpy cereal or muffin or other carbs. The protien will keep your digestive system busy for a while.

Eat really close to walking out the door to work, school, etc. That way you'll have no time to eat anymore. I would suggest eating something, you need the energy.

first of all take your breakfast regularly and after that if you are felling hungry again then you can have some liquids like juice. because liquids is not having fats and cloistral in it

you have to eat breakfast in a daily basis,it is essential for your metabolism.if you do so,you will not feel hungry all day long.
