like some time i can lost my control and resolt in quarel. what can i do about that ?

Breath deeply, count slowly till 10, and if its still not working, bang your head to the wall. The pain will take the place of rage !

I think the best way is for you to stop...breathe deeply, get some fresh air.
Let the person you are talking to that you don't want to end up arguing and so you're dropping the issue.
Let them know that you understand them and that you disagree but will take into account.
Then think back on what you said before and after you lost control, then think of a different approach from normal. See what happens...
Choose your words carefully.
Sometimes it normally happens because of the way you deliver your issue and the person you were talking misunderstood you.

When you lose control is about the situation at that moment or is it a reminder of something or someone from your past. Get in touch with what's really causing those outbursts that may land you in prison,hospitalized,GOD forbid(dead).See if you can get in2 some type of anger management group.I been there and done that it will work long as your honest with yourself.Afterwards then you will have to practice what you have learned when faced with a hostile situation.

You need to seek medical help. There might be a medical reason for your bad temper and if not then they can recommend some other help for you to learn how to control your temper.

When you feel it coming on. Step away from the situation. Take a walk. Count backwards and try to understand both sides not just yours.

Sounds like you are throwing temper fits. That is only acceptable when you are an infant. Time to grow up!

When you're feeling that you r going to lose it, it's a sign that you should get the hell outta there and go somewhere peaceful! Hard to do but you just have to push yourself. Goodluck!

when you get into a situation that you know might make you lose your temper... walk away from, cool your mind of then talk about it. meditation also helps alot... breathing slow to calm your nerves!

Tell yourself it is beneath your dignity to allow other people to upset you to the point that you lose control.

ignore the things that bug your temper....try not to give a damn and if you gotta face it just take deep breath. don't hurt yourself when you are angry that is stupid idea.
