Yeah well um. You know. Um. The thingy - you know. Um. Message. Whatever. I mean people. What do we call them? Customers or something. Or are they called something different? Well anyway. Those people and the message. You have to make sure that the custom people can't misunderstand the crap. I mean the message. Or the advertisement or whatever.

interpretation - what is being communicated must be delivered in a way such that the one receiving the message understands it in the manner that the one delivering it intended. Slight mis interpretations will lead to skews, and as the chain develops the message will become further from the original.

in the next flow I mean noise as potential for miscomunication

intended message -> "noise" -> what is said -> "noise" -> what is heard -> "noise" -> what is understood


awaredness- making sure everyone who needs to know or should know about whatever the topic is knows. For reasons like they may have input that can help, they may just want to know (political). Open dialogue helps facilitate a more efficient operation and makes sure nobody is wondering or unwillingly attaching meaning to things that can cause problems.

with ineffective communication you have a lot of misunderstandings,spend more time explaining and this lowers the rate of prouctivity
