No it is not true.
However it is true, so the story goes, that you cannot have sex with another sailor until you are at sea for forty seven [47] days. At which point it is thought the urge for sex will be so great that men might jump overboard and commit suicide.
It's only a rumour.
Very much in the manner of Winston Churchill as First Sea Lord describing the Royal Navy as "rub, bum, baccy and the lash."
It's all a load of nonsense just to put you off.

I joined the Royal Navy in 1981, served 23 years and never in all that time was circumcised, nor was anyone I know circumcised for hygiene reasons. I was aware of one bloke who was circumcised due to the foreskin being too tight, but that's it: perhaps they should do the op on Brown the Clown's Defence wallet, for the same reason.

as long as you do not develop right into a nuke, i imagine it s superb. I served 6 years as a nuke and the acceptable component I did for myself replaced into get out. i'm now thankfully using the GI bill to pay for my preparation. besides the very incontrovertible truth that i can't hardship you with each and every of the undesirable and inhumane issues nukes might want to pass by ability of, i will allow you to comprehend this. The army advertises itself as launching jets, taking pictures huge guns, and using all this cool kit. It s often janitor paintings and they use those classified ads to purpose punk *** youngsters to signal away their freedom. once you're contained in the army they take care of you want **** and also you'll t go away because you do not want to get a dishonorable discharge which will be on your list for existence. again, I dont imagine each and every of the army is undesirable, basically nuke existence.
