It definaly isnt us. I don't know why.. uhmm but it is either Japan or france. I am going more on the Japan side. They have a speed that was not offcial, but yet many people swear by it, it's like 360 somthing.
Real fast.
But I know the normal ones around france and Japan normaly run around 320.
Here in Us, fastest speed limit I think for comuter is like 110.
Fastest they can go is only like 130.
us US has some catching up to do.
