"Asesino" should be pretty close to "murderer". "Infame" is a bit harder to translate - it's more of a general sense of badness. "Bush the wicked murderer".

I think it refers to the American president and sounds like an anti-Bush slogan

I would tranlate as
Bush, bloody murderer!

(or similar)
