how to seek a job?

im in a tourist visa and i cant find a job here in japan coz its illegal...i cannot find an employer also coz i dunno how.is there any non government organisation who can hlp me and give some advice on how to get a visa for my japanese baby girl who were born in philippines coz ive heard that the government of japan was helping the filipinas who have kids from a japanese.please im really desperate to have a help

Legally, you cannot work. Illegally, you can contact a person who is willing to hire you even when you do not have a working visa. However, you cannot force the employer to pay you a high salary.
