If you ate LOTS of protein, you might bulk up more, but being female, it is EXTREMELY hard to bulk up too much. Our bodies are simply not built for it. The only way that could happen would be if you were to ingest steroids, but I don't think you are planning to.

Sounds like you're doing the right thing for tone and fitness. It's hard to know by how much weight work you're doing though, but I presume that was worked out by your gym. I doubt you'll become muscly. You'll need a LOT of pure protein or supplements to get muscly as a female, it's very hard for females to get like that. Also, try not to do many reps on light weights, because that might bulk you up. Better to do fewer of a heavier weight or so I've been told. But not too much...I only do weights every other day.

It's really hard to get a lot of muscles, and if you did, you could just slow down your lifting and it would go away quickly. Ask any bodybuilder: that looks requires a lot of work.

Protein matters less than eating a mix of foods to support your goals. You need to journal your calories to make sure you're eating less than you need, but not so much that you lose weight too quickly and put your body into starvation mode. Try www.weightwatchers.com for more details.

the challenge is that you just hardly ever consume. sure, you need to consume to preserve a healthful weight reduction. in case you bypass foods throughout the day and make up for it at night time, you're now not doing your self any well. you are slowing down your metabolism and storing all the further energy within the type of fats. you will have to consume periodically for the period of the day to preserve metabolism going so you are going to burn extra fats and energy. well success
