Keep it dust free. That is all one has to do to maintain them! Like Weee.. said, keep them low or on the floor, and face them to a wall and i can assure you your neighbours will love you >:)

maintaning the sub's isn't a big thing.wipe it with a cloth.keep ti in corner for greatre performance.
