anaemia is ,really, the most easily curable situation if it is caused simply by iron defficiency due to low iron/calcium intake.the other factores like loss of iron/calcium or insufficient absorption of iron/calcium is a bit serious matter.
in yr case i dont think there is anything to worry at all because teenagers sometimes/often get aneamic due to less food intake(dieting) and getting used to monthly cycle
if u eat carrot, lettuce, spinach and beetroot twice a day,(once wll also be sufficient)a cup of milk/yogurt,(full cream if possible),a glass of apple juice,or a glass of carrot, tomatoe, apple, grapes and beetroot juice(mixed, ofcourse) u can get rid of aneamia in less than 3 weeks.
u can do any or all of the measures suggested.
thrice or four times in my life i suffered same like u and within 2 weeks i increased it miraculously.
ofcourse iron tablets and syrups are also available in the market but i have more trust on nature and natural remedies than artificial measures

First, don't assume you are anemic, however, you could be. Anemia is usually caused by a deficiency in iron and vitamins. A quick cure for this would be a woman's vitamin with iron. Also , you need to eat healthier foods. It can also be caused by an internal bleed. However, if you are not " ill" , light headed , don't have blood in your urine or stool you can pretty much rule this out. When I was younger, I would have bouts of anemia, especially just after my menstruation.

Usually anemic means your reallllly tired all the time because u have a low red blood cell count. Im anemic and I have to get my blood tested every 6 weeks. You mainly need iron for this (but not too much cause iron makes ya poop!!)
You can get a multivitamin w/ iron. or eat things like pumpkin seeds and cream of wheat!! but if your not sure if ur anemic or not. u should go to the doctor, because a bloodtest is the only way to no!

Anemia is caused by a lack of iron in your blood.
To increase your iron levels you need to get foods high in iron.
The foods highest in iron are red meat (lamb, beef), then white meats (chicken, fish) you can also eat vegetables that are high in iron such as mushrooms and spinach.
Alternative you can buy iron tablets from the health food stores.
Anemia can be very serious if your iron levels get too low and result in the need for a blood transfusion.

Anemia is having less than the normal number of red blood cells or less hemoglobin than normal in the blood.
Anemia is usually detected or at least confirmed by a complete blood cell (CBC) count.
The treatment of the anemia varies greatly. Firstly, the underlying cause of the anemia should be corrected. For example, anemia as a result of blood loss from a stomach ulcer should begin with medications to heal the ulcer. Likewise, surgery is often necessary to remove a colon cancer that is causing chronic blood loss and anemia. Sometimes iron supplements will also be needed to correct iron deficiency. Sometimes blood transfusions are necessary. Vitamin B12 injections will be necessary for patients suffering from pernicious anemia or other causes of B12 deficiency.
In certain patients with bone marrow disease (or bone marrow damage from chemotherapy) or patients with kidney failure, epoetin alfa (Procrit, Epogen) may be used to stimulate bone marrow red blood cell production.

You have to have a blood test to know if you are anemic or not. If you are anemic you need take iron supplements prescribed by the doc but you also have to find out where the blood loss is coming from that is causing the anemia. Basically the doc has to determine where you are bleeding from.
