Hi beautiful child of the universe. It is never wrong to ask God anything. In fact go ahead and yell at God, call him anything you want; tell her she's the meanest "person you have ever known." Vent all your feelings to God. Then get comfortable, light a candle in a peaceful, quite place where you won't be disturbed and listen for an answer. Pay attention to your feelings and thoughts; chances are, the answer is within them. Do this over and over again until you get your answer. You will know when that happens. The thing that makes God the "happiest" (I put that in " "s because I don't think God is ever "unhappy") is when we talk to him, it doesn't matter how. You may discover that everything that is going wrong is due to choices that you have made. If you believe in the Bible then you believe that you have free will to make your own choices. God will not stop you, he can't stop you. I can go on like this forever but I don't want to bore you. Go ahead and scream at him, cuss her out!! God created language, he's heard it all. Then tell her you love her. It can be rather amazing!!!

Peace and love to you...

No, no, no, no, no.

Don't listen to ANYONE who tells you God sometimes is "testing" you or punishing you or "seeing how tough you are." That's a HORRIBLE, TORTUROUS way to look at life! And it's NOT TRUE.

Don't ever thing God is sending lightning bolts at you. If anything, ask if you can have some help getting out of the adversity or better still, decide ... "Hey! I'm a good person and I deserve a break today!"

Then try to keep your head above water while you're going through a rough time, and if you're really religious, ask God to come and rescue you and help you survive. And when the crappy stuff in your life is lightening up, say to yourself, "Hey! I got through that! I didn't LIKE it, mind you, but I made it out alive and sane and I'm proud of myself."

Please don't ever think you're being punished or made to suffer the wrath of a mean, angry God. Cavemen used to think that. We are more evolved and enlightened humans.

Now, go buy yourself an Ice Cappacino as a little giftie just for you and know that all crap passes in time. LOL

XO

You may ask God anything you want. The question you asked reminds me of the story of the "Foot Prints In the Sand". My Mom has it hanging on her wall. You probably all know it but--in a dream a man saw two sets of footprints in the sand walking along the beach. That was God walking through life with him. Then there came a point where there was only one set of footprints--this happened in the darkest, most troublsome times of the man's life. "Why, God," asked the man, "did you leave me alone during those bad times?" God replied, " My Child, that is when I carried you." God/Goddess Bless You.

Is it wrong? No.
Getting an answer will probably depend on what you believe. If you don't believe in God then you will miss what He wants to show you so that's why you won't get your answer....you won't see it.
Even if you do believe we sometimes miss what God wants to show us. So I guess it's up to you. Pray about it and see what happens, you know nothing will if you don't so why not ask God about your life and that you want to be open to what He wants to show you.

Just because your life stinks right now doesn't mean God is mad at you if it were that simple then I don't think the world would be the way it is today.

I think it is O.K. to ask God why things haven't been going your way lately. Just don't curse him for the bad things that may happen. There's a BIG difference. Read or recall the book of Job in the Holy Bible. It may take a while for God to answer, but remember, your perception of time is not the same as that of God. Our entire life may pass faster than it would take God to blink his eye. But, his answer may also be immediate. NO JOKE: Be careful what you ask for (AND VERY IMPORTANTLY, BE PRECISE!) YOU MAY JUST GET IT! No death wishes please!

But to make sure you understand my answer to your question, yes, it's o.k. to ask. If you've been getting the shaft, you're entitled to ask why. ESPECIALLLY if you've been following "The Golden Rule" most of your life.

Communication is key for any relationship. The more we communicate and spend time with people the closer and stronger the relationship gets. This is the same with God. If things are not going well then tell God about it. I am sure he wants to hear from you and speak to you. Spending time in God's word always makes me feel closer to God.

no it is not wrong. however, sometimes bad things happen to us for no apparent reason-- it isn't a result of anything we have done or any sin we have committed necessarily. this was certainly the case with Job (read about him in the Book of Job). He lost it all... but he never cursed God. "The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away"--this was Job's attitude. Everything is from God anyway, so who are we, mere mortals, to argue with God?

if you still would like to talk, feel free to message/email me. have a good evening.

No I don't think its wrong, its just something we all dont really understand : ) If God is "letting" things go wrong it could be to make us a wiser + stronger person. My mom used to tell me, something good always comes of something bad. And she's right. It could be that He wants to give us a life lesson + see how we make out. Dont let things get you down, just go thru the mourning/down feelings, then under normal circumstances, it will pass + you will be ready to live your life again. Examine or make a journal of all the bad things that have happened to you lately, then when something good happens, compare it to your journal + see if they are somehow connected : ) It is for me. All the best.

of course not - but remember, just because its not going too well, doesnt mean He's mad. When you go through a winter, thats the time your roots grow the most. To me, harder time are almost like a gift. Its a chance to grow. Grow with God and tell him what you feel and what you struggle with. He wants you to realize that He is your strength. Blessed is the name of the Lord, in good times, and especially in bad.

When things goes wrong in live is not God who do it. The enemy of our soul who does it.
Sometimes God does permit things to happen to us, maybe because He wants us to learn something that in other way we may not learn. Or simply because, sometimes we are made strong on hard circumstances and learn to trust Him. God is not like men, sometimes we see God as we see men. I don't mean by this that He doesn't care about certain things and do something about it. But if that will be the case, than we should ask God, what is it that I am doing wrong that is bringing this consequences to my life.
You see, sometimes is just consequences of our actions and not necessarily God punishing you.
Take courage, take trials to get closer to Him, not to complaint and drift away from Him.

1 James 12-18 (NIV version)

12Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

13When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. 15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

16Don't be deceived, my dear brothers. 17Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. 18He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.

Take care and good luck! :)
