You must live near me! Both of the Walmarts in our city are nasty! The newest Super Walmart opened about 2 years ago and had only been open a few days when I went into it for the first time. I had to use the restroom as we were leaving and it was the nastiest thing I have ever seen! The parking lot is filthy, the shopping carts are nasty, and the birds flying around INSIDE the building should be considered a health hazzard since they prepare and serve food in the store. It's just gross!

Portland OR, is relatively a clean place. Its a nice place to live and Wal mart for us is pretty clean. Nothing noticeable, maybe a news paper here and there. But we only have one Walmart.

I have lived in many different cities in several states while working for my company and have never seen a Wal*Mart parking lot as bad as you describe. I'm amazed that they can keep them up so well with the number of customers that they handle.

The one closest to me is pretty clean. Occasional litter here and there but I don't have any major concerns. I've also been to a really scummy one though... I guess it just depends on the town.

That's not Walmart's fault. That's the fault of yesterdays parents and Grandparent's! Welcome to America and Capitalism. It makes us not give a F@$#!
