It is fine for your parakeet to eat scrambled egg! (as weird as it seems), It actually does them good, as long as it is just pure egg i.e no salt and pepper(as you'll either poison him or be kept up all night by him sneezing!!!) Many breeders give their birds egg or egg food(you can buy special egg food from pet stores), it helps with there feathers and color, when they are in a moult or breeding (protein make their egg shells stronger) making egg binding less likely.
As for your question about what happens...well I suppose it depends how good a cook you are or how polite you parakeet is!!! lol

My friend fed her parrot some turkey . . . and she fed it pizza once and it pooped out red stuff. I'm SERIOUS!!!
