man would have conversations with his penis. man was shy, penis was aggressive. women would walk by and the penis would want to chase them and have sex, man would refuse.
in one scene the man expects sex while on a date, penis tells him shes not ready, dont try it.
during the date the penis changes his mind and says the man was right, she does want sex.
after getting into bed with her ,she says how nice it is to date a man that can come home with her and not expect sex. penis gets mad and says "just get me close to her, i'll do the rest!". woman throws his clothes out the window and he is climbing up a lamp post in his underwear trying to get his clothes while his penis is saying" i told you she wasnt ready".
it may have been a "made for HBO movie". i'm certain i saw it on HBO.
i would love to watch it again, it was very funny.

it was a man, not A transexual punk rock girl.
"me and him" was already suggested by IMDB. but i dont think thats it. unfortunately, i have not been able to find the movie anywhere so i could watch it and see if it is the right one.

...sounds a lot like the 1988 comedy, "Me and Him", starring Griffin Dunne and Ellen Greene; to be honest, I've heard a whole lot about this film, but I've never actually seen it.

The gentleman above me is correct...that is "Me and Him." It came out in the last 80's. I saw it, but didn't find it all that funny, although some people really liked it.
