My favorite beer is Chimay Grande Réserve (also known as "Chimay Blue"). It is made in a Trapist monestary in Belgium. The monks there started making their beer in 1862. Belgian beers have wonderfully unique flavors.

Chimay Grande Réserve can be found in most American beer stores. It's in a 750 ml bottle (wine bottle size) with a champagne-style cork and a blue label.

If you're just looking to get buzzed, you should probably skip it because it's more expensive than cheap canned beer (and it would probably give you a headache anyway), but if you're looking to explore new and interesting flavors, you should give it a go.

When I was a beer drinker I liked Samuel Adams if I was only going to have one or two. If I was planning on getting drunk, Miller Lite.

A good everyday beer for me is Amstel Light. I also love a good room temperature Guinness from a nitrogen tap.
I also enjoy some of the home brews I've made, including a peach stout (yummy!).

My favorite beer is actually an imported Chinese beer called "Zhu Jiang", but as for widely distributed beers I prefer Stella Artois.

Anyone who says Coors light or Budweiser doesn't know beer.
