No. I wouldn't use it, I don't think it would catch on :p
When people are really happy, they usually just are like OMGGG IMSOOOOHAAAPYYY!!!! Right?

But people have made up like ish-ish, and ish-ish is one of those words that could be used for ANYTHING. Like Dehp.
"I so dehp'ed her last night."
"Dude, you freakin' dehp!"
