yes, except people say it reduces the risk of kidney disease or something. People say regular pop is better than diet, but it makes you fatter. As long as you don't drink a lot every day, you should be fine. sometimes i drink so much diet coke, i don't believe what they say about diet soda.

diet soda really is calorie, sugar, and fat free.
however some of the ingredients in diet soda are not very good for you.
the sweetener used in most diet soda contains a cemical that turns into phlmaldihyde [embalming fluid] in your body.
darker diet soda such as diet coke or dr, pepper has phosphoric acid, which draws calcium out of your bones.

it does and it doesnt i mean that it doesnt because its not sugar and yet technically it does because it has splenda or other sugar substitute which does come from sugar.
